HOW TO FIXED PCI EXPRESS ERROR ON TOSHIBA LAPTOP, NOTN100% GUARANTEED





1-Take off the bottom of the laptop 
2 -Take the off the cooling system of the GPU ( top right )
3-Clean with care both cooling system and GPU
4-Heat the GPU ( must be more than 167°c ) - I use a hot-air paint stripper
5-Wait for the gpu to cool down
6-Putt thermic paste on GPU replace the cooling system
7-Reassemble the laptop 
8-Et voila

This is working fine for me ( for 3 years now ) I have to do it 3 to 4 time a year.

The Tv tuner is not working with Windows 8 ( that the only issue i have with this laptop )
